What we saw
closure status UNRESOLVED, not confirmed. This registry entity (Forty Acres Hospitality LLC) maps to the same site/venue as stitch-house-brewery.json; keeping both files consistent. A separate worker in a prior pass reported this site as live (uncertain re: closure) while stitch-house-brewery.json's prior pass treated it as confirmed-closed from blocklisted tier-3 sources - that closure claim is not usable per this repo's tier rules and has been removed there too. needs_search_retry: WebSearch was unavailable this session (session budget already exhausted before this task started) - worth a retry when search quota resets to resolve open-vs-closed from a legitimate source.
