The numbers behind the list, derived from the data at publish time, never hand-written.

We only publish what a venue posts on its own site. We never guess, and we never copy from aggregator sites.

How we check

We fetch each venue’s own site, extract any happy hour it states, and keep the exact wording as evidence. Every published claim carries the page it came from and the date we read it. If a quote stops matching the page, the listing comes down until it matches again. We never guess, and we never copy a claim from a review site, deal aggregator, or directory. Those establish nothing here, at any tier.

What “listed” means

The venue’s own site states a happy hour, and we can quote it word for word. We vouch for the source, not the bartender. A venue can change its hours without changing its site.

What “nothing published” means

We read the venue’s own site and found no happy hour on it. That is not the same as no happy hour. Plenty of bars run one and never post it. A handful of these venues carry an unconfirmed closure signal; we show no phone number for those.

Where the venue list comes from

The list of 513 venues is from Overture Maps, an open dataset, checked against Google for gaps. Overture’s Places data is used here under its published terms: ODbL 1.0 for the OpenStreetMap-derived layers, CDLA Permissive 2.0 for the rest. New places and closures take time to show up; if one is missing or wrong, email us.
